The Bath, Swindon and Wiltshire Integrated Care Board (BSW ICB) have issued this notice:

Please see below information regarding a precautionary measure from the Food Standards Agency (FSA) and Nestlé, who are voluntarily recalling specific batches of its SMA infant formula and follow-on formula.
